Ahu Tongariki
Ahu Tongariki is the largest ahu on Rapa Nui/Easter Island (a Chilean island in the Pacific). Its moai where toppled during the island's civil wars and in the twentieth century the ahu was swept inland by a tsunami. It has since been restored and has fifteen moai including an 86 tonne moai that was the heaviest ever erected on the island. Ahu Tongariki is a kilometer from Rano Raraku and Poike in the Rapa Nui National Park. All the moai here face sunset during Summer Solstice.


Kick The Baby
Thi extrordinary sculpture,was made by Gustav Vigeland born on the 11th April of 1869.He was a  Norwagian  sculptor. He occupies a special position among Nowegian sculptors, both in the power of his creative imagination and in his productivity. He is most assosiated with Vigeland scolpture park (Vigelandsanlegget) in Oslo. he was also the designer of the Nobel Peace Prize medal



African Renaissance
It's a 49 m tall African Renaissance monument of Dakar in Senegal, Africa, simply outstanding. Inspired idea of President Abdoulaye Wade nad deigned by the renowned Senegalese architect Pierre Goudiaby, it represents an african family pointing the way to the future.


Angel Of The North
Weighing over 200 tonnes and standing 20 metres tall with a wingspam of 54m, the Angel Of  The North is Britains largest statue of a human figure. It was designeg by the controversial British artist, Antony Gormley, and constructed by Hartlepool Steel Fabrications. It's located on a hill next to Low Eighton overlooking the Tyne Valley of Gateshead, England.  


Horizon Field
Of outdoor art, Horizon Field is one of the most ambitious, visionary projects made! All this was possible thanks to the renowned British sculptor , Antony Gormley. Hundred life-sized human figures made of solid cast iron where placed ta specific locations over a 150 square kilometre area of the Vorarlberg alps in western Austria-


The Atacama Hand
Locally Known as the Atacama Hand it was crated by Chilean sculptor Mario Irarràzabal in 1992. Is made from combination of steel, croncrete and fibreglass and is 11 meters high. Funded by the 'Corporaciòn Pro Antofagasta'(Antofgasta Tourisim and Development Organisation) it has become famous landmark of the Pan-American Highway.


La Evolutiòn Silenciosa (The Silent Evolution)
400 life-size figures. Depth 9m Cancum/ isla Mujeres, Mexico. Jason deCaires Taylor is an internationally acclaimed eco-sculptor who creats underwater living sculptures, displaying  mysterious ephemeral encounters for viewers and a glance of another world where art develops from effects of nature on the effects of man.


O Atlante
O Atlante is 14m in length, 4m wide and weighs about 20 tonnes. It's located in the Galicia district of Spain next to the Saxanxo marina. It represents  a figure of a giant man lying on the ground with his hands behind his head. The local myth claims that it is meant show a tourist relaxing in the sun. In reality it's actually a modern representation of the greek god Atlas, thanks to the genius idea of  the Glician sculptor Francisco Leiero Lois.


Singing, Ringing, Tree
The Singing, Ringing Tree is a brainchild of london-based architects Mike Tonkin and Anna Liu.Is three metres high and it is actually meant to represent a tree though, it vaguely lookes like a surreal church organ. Even though is meant to be a tree as we said, the majority of the pipes have been tuned so that they softly emit different tones depending on the direction and intensity of the wind.
